Open access publishing option offered by Karger

Joining most of the other major STM publishers, Karger is offering open access publication with a one-time publication fee of $2,500. Their version of this is called "Author's Choice" and is available as a trial for eight of their journals. The author will be asked to make this choice at the page proof stage in the publication process.

The eight titles are:

• Dementia and Geriatric Cognitive Disorders
• Dermatology
• Developmental Neuroscience
• European Neurology
• Medical Principles and Practice
• Neurodegenerative Diseases
• Pathobiology
