IEEE Xplore Maintainance Advance Notice

On Saturday, August 4, IEEE will perform planned upgrades to the systems.
These upgrades require that IEEE Xplore will be offline from 9AM to 9PM
EDT. IEEE will post a message to the Xplore home page to alert users to
the expected disruption. The downtime will affect all products delivered through IEEE Xplore
including IEL, ASPP, POP, IEEE Enterprise, IEEE Power & Energy Library, and
IEEE Standards Online.
