Serials Solutions reports the service problems on Friday, March 10th

"All of our services have been running properly since Friday evening Pacific Time, and you should not be seeing more error messages. Please contact us at clients@serialssolutions.com if you continue to notice problems. I apologize for any inconvenience you or your patrons may have experienced.

Very briefly, the problem was that our Internet Service Provider had a technical problem which caused sporadic service interruptions on Friday, March 10. The sporadic nature of the problem meant that some clients did not see a problem at their library; on the other hand, because it was a problem at the ISP level, all of our hosted products were affected. We are working to ensure that this type of interruption doesn't happen again, and we are developing better methods of two-way communication so that you and we can alert each other to problems more promptly.
