USC Content Connexion On-click not working

USC Content Connection (aka Serials Solutions OpenURL resolver, Article Linker) is showing authentication errors when you try to access Gale/Thompson Resources and Proquest Resources. This problem has been reported to Serials Solutions. This appears to be a problem only with the One-click feature that takes users from the citation to the article bypassing the Serials Solutions results page. At the top of the page you will notice text that says:
